Yoga and Me
I started my yoga journey in teaching yoga with power yoga. During the last two years I bring in my lessons all the influences of my teachers (Ameriga Giannone, Aska Matsuo, Etta Evans).
I'm used to teach power and vinyasa yoga with specific attention to pranayama and meditation. For me yoga it's a safe place wherever you are in the world.
I come from agonistic powerlifting experience so I know how much important it's the strength but also mental calm and these are two characteristics of my lessons.

My Idea of Yoga
For me, yoga is a safe place wherever you are in the world. It's a practice that combines strength and mental calm, creating a balanced approach to wellness.
My background in powerlifting has taught me the importance of physical strength, while my yoga journey has revealed the equal importance of mental clarity and emotional balance.
In my classes, I focus on creating a supportive environment where students can challenge themselves physically while developing mindfulness through pranayama and meditation practices.
